Adanya Program Adiwiyata seharusnya menuntut peran aktif dan partisipatif dari seluruh warga sekolah, tetapi kenyataannya masih terdapat bentuk perilaku yang belum menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai Partisipasi Warga Sekolah dalam Mendukung Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif dalam Program Adiwiyata di SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui partisipasi warga SMAN 10 Bandung dalam bentuk buah pikiran terhadap Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif; 2) mengetahui partisipasi warga SMAN 10 Bandung dalam bentuk tenaga terhadap Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif; 3) mengetahui partisipasi warga SMAN 10 Bandung dalam bentuk harta benda terhadap Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif; 4) mengetahui partisipasi warga SMAN 10 Bandung dalam bentuk keterampilan terhadap Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif dan; 5) mengetahui partisipasi warga SMAN 10 Bandung dalam bentuk sosial terhadap Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga SMA Negeri 10 Bandung yang terdiri atas, siswa, guru, staf sekolah, dan komite sekolah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 316 sampel dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga SMAN 10 Bandung cenderung tinggi dalam melakukan partisipasi tenaga dan partisipasi sosial. Partisipasi tenaga memperoleh skor sebesar 73,19% dan partisipasi sosial mendapatkan skor sebesar 82,49%. Hal ini dikarenakan bentuk partisipasi tersebut paling mudah untuk dilakukan dan hampir seluruh warga sekolah memiliki peran terhadap Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif dalam bentuk tenaga dan sosial. Adapun partisipasi dalam bentuk buah pikiran, harta benda dan keterampilan cenderung mendapatkan hasil yang sedang.Warga sekolah perlu meningkatkan partisipasinya terutama dalam bentuk buah pikiran, keterampilan dan harta benda. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan peran aktif dan partisipatif warga sekolah dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif perlu segera dibentuk ekstrakurikuler lingkungan hidup.----------One of the programs proclaimed by the government to apply environmental education and to increase environmental caring behavior in schools through the Adiwiyata Program. SMA Negeri 10 Bandung is one of high school that has Adiwiyata status. The existence of the Adiwiyata Program resulting demand of active and participatory role of all school's citizens, but in reality there is still a form of behavior that has not shown concern for the environment. Based on statement above, the researcher is interested to conduct research about the Participation of the School's Citizens in supporting implementation of Environmental Activity Participative-Based in Adiwiyata Program in SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. The purposes of this research are: 1) to know the participation of citizens of SMAN 10 Bandung in the form of thoughts on Environmental Activity Participatory-Based; 2) to know the participation of citizens of SMAN 10 Bandung in the form of energy to Environmental Activity Participatory-Based; 3) to know the participation of citizens of SMAN 10 Bandung in the form of assets to Environmental Activity Participatory-Based; 4) to know participation of citizens SMAN 10 Bandung skills against Environmental Activity Participatory-Based; and 5) to know the social participation of citizens SMAN 10 Bandung on Environmental Activity Participatory-Based. The method used in this research is survey method. The population in this study is all of citizens of SMA Negeri 10 Bandung consisting of, students, teachers, school staff, and school committee. The number of samples in this study was 316 samples with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data analysis technique used is Guttman scale. The results showed that citizens of SMAN 10 Bandung tend to be high in the participation of personnel and social participation. Participation of labor score of 73,19% and social participation get score equal to 82,49%. This is because the form of participation is the easiest to do and almost all school residents have a role to participate in Participatory Environmental Activities in the form of labor and social. The participation in the form of thoughts, possessions and skills tend to get a moderate result. School residents need to increase their participation mainly in the form of ideas, skills and possessions. In addition, to enhance the active and participatory role of the school community in supporting the implementation of Participatory Based Environmental Activities, an ecosystem should be formed immediately. |
