Summary:Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi pentingnya kajian terhadap kompetensi dan religiusitas guru PAI termasuk kajian terhadap kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu umumnya hanya meneliti kompetensi secara umum. Sedangkan penelitian ini mencoba mengaitkan kompetensi dan religiusitas guru yang merupakan citra guru Pendidikan Agama Islam.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh kompetensi dan religiusitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi dan religiusitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara positif terhadap proses pembelajaran, namun tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa.;---The background to the research is the importance of study on the competence and religiosity of teachers of PAI including the study of the competence of teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects in elementary schools. Based on previous research generally only examines the competence in general. While this research tries to relate the competence and religiosity of teacher which is image of teacher of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of research to determine the extent of influence of competence and religiosity of teachers of Islamic Education on the process and student learning outcomes. The research approach used is quantitative with descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is an influence between the competence and religiosity of teachers of Islamic Religious Education positively to the learning process, but it does not have a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
