| 520 | |a Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penyelenggaraan program pelatihan baitul arqom yang diselenggarakan untuk para kader Aisyiyah yang berorientasi pada pembinaan ideologi dan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pelatihan baitul arqom terhadap kemampuan kepemimpinan kader Aisyiyah Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Populasinya yaitu kader Aisyiyah Jawa Barat semuanya berjenis kelamin perempuan, dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh, dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hasil pelatihan baitul arqom bagi kader Aisyiyah Jawa Barat cukup tinggi karena sebagian besar kader Aisyiyah Jawa Barat merasakan manfaatnya. Hasil tersebut terdiri dari bertambahnya wawasan, peningkatan kinerja, membantu pemecahan masalah, menumbuhkan sikap positif dan memotivasi untuk memipin. (2) Kemampuan kepemimpinan kader Aisyiyah Jawa Barat cukup tinggi karena sebagian besar (85,33%) mengatakan bahwa pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memimpin (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif hasil pelatihan baitul arqom terhadap kemampuan kepemimpinan kader Aisyiyah Jawa Barat. Besaran pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan sebanyak 75,25% (R-Sequare=0.752; p=.000;--- This present study is conducted based on the implementation of baitul arqom training program held for Aisyiyah cadres that are oriented to the development of ideology and leadership. In principle, this present study was carried out in order to identify baitul arqom training result towards the leadership ability of Aisyiyah cadres of West Java. This study aims at determining the effects of baitul arqom training result on the leadership ability of Aisyiyah cadres of West Java. This present study employed a quantitative approach through a survey method and also employed a descriptive analysis. The population involved in this study was the Aisyiyah cadres of West Java, specifically the female ones. With respect to the sampling technique, this study employed a random sampling technique involving 80 people. In addition, the data collection was executed in the form of questionnaires and documentation studies. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. In this study, the findings showed that (1) Baitul arqom training result towards Aisyiyah cadres of West Java was considered to be quite high because most of Aisyiyah cadres of West Java feel the benefits. The result was found in terms of increasing insight, improving performance, helping problem solving, cultivating a positive attitude and motivating to lead. (2) The leadership ability of Aisyiyah cadres of West Java was considered to be quite high because most of them (85.33%) said that the training in fact could improve their ability in leadership. (3) There was a positive effect of baitul arqom training result on the leadership ability of Aisyiyah cadres of West Java. In fact, the magnitude of this effect was indicated in the number of 75,20% (R-Sequare = 0.752; p = .000). | ||
