Summary:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between coach leadership behavior and coach-athlete interaction with mental toughness. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were 40 athletes. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The sample of this research is atlet of Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Banten Province which is adolescent as many as 40 people. Instruments used in this study are the scale of the trainer's leadership behavior, the scale of the coach-athlete's interaction, and the scale of mental toughness. Data analysis using correlation coefficient test, seen that value of r = 0,580 and sig. = 0.001 <0.05 then the relationship is significant, or it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between the trainer's leadership behavior and the coach-athlete's interaction with the athlete's mental toughness. With the value of R square = 0.291 can be interpreted that the amount of contribution of leadership coach behavior relationship with mental toughness of 29.1%. With the value of R square = 0,213 can be interpreted that the amount of contribution of interaction between coach-athlete with mental toughness equal to 21,3%. With the value of R square = 0.336 can be interpreted that the amount of contribution of relationship between leadership behavior of trainer and coach-athlete interaction with mental toughness equal to 33,6% while the rest 66,4% influenced by other factor. The coach's leadership behavior simultaneously with the coach-athlete's interaction shows a positive and significant relationship to the athlete's mental toughness.---Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan pelatih dan interaksi pelatih-atlet dengan ketangguhan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 40 atlet. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet Pusat Pembinaan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Provinsi Banten yang berusia remaja sebanyak 40 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku kepemimpinan pelatih, skala interaksi pelatih-atlet, dan skala ketangguhan mental. Analisis data menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi, terlihat bahwa nilai r = 0,580 dan sig. = 0,001 < 0,05 maka hubungan signifikan, atau dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan pelatih dan interaksi pelatih-atlet dengan ketangguhan mental atlet. Dengan nilai R square = 0,291 dapat diartikan bahwa besarnya kontribusi hubungan perilaku kepemimpinan pelatih dengan ketangguhan mental sebesar 29,1%. Dengan nilai R square = 0,213 dapat diartikan bahwa besarnya kontribusi hubungan interaksi pelatih-atlet dengan ketangguhan mental sebesar 21,3%. Dengan nilai R square = 0,336 dapat diartikan bahwa besarnya kontribusi hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan pelatih dan interaksi pelatih-atlet dengan ketangguhan mental sebesar 33,6% sedangkan sisanya 66,4% dipegaruhi oleh faktor lain. Perilaku kepemimpinan pelatih secara bersamaan dengan interaksi pelatih-atlet menunjukan hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap ketangguhan mental atlet.
