520 |a Banten merupakan salah satu tujuan prioritas utama yang akan dikembangkan dari 10 prioritas wisata Indonesia andalan yang akan dikembangkan. Kawasan itu adalah Tanjung Lesung yang terletak pada geografis Provinsi Banten pada batas Astronomi 105º1'11² - 106º7'12² BT dan 5º7'50² - 7º1'1² LS, dengan jumlah penduduk sebesar 12.548.986 Jiwa. Tanjung Lesung yang berada pada Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK), potensi Pariwisata di Banten ini rencana target investasi dan kontribusi untuk jumlah wisatawan mancanegara tahun 2017 ialah 7 juta orang dan kondisi saat ini baru menampung 5 juta orang pengunjung - Menilik data tersebut, maka kebutuhan akomodasi belum tercukupi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka kondisi Kabupaten Pandeglang itulah yang menjadi latar belakang penyusun memilih proyek Tanjung Lesung Resort untuk kasus tugas akhir ini. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut di atas, Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merencankan dan merancang hotel resort dengan dan dielaborasikan dengan Arsitektur Tradisional Sunda. Pendekatan perancangan Eco Resort yaitu penerapan empat 4 konsep, seperti pengolahan limbah, managemen air, pemanfaatan tenaga angin , material bangunan. Konsep yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan Arsitektur Tradisional Sunda yang terinspirasi dari pola kampung masyarakat Sunda secara umum ditunjukan dengan adanya hubungan yang sangat erat dengan aktivitas jalan sebagai sumbu utamanya. Bentuk arsitektur rumah Tradisional Sunda yang banyak dipakai yaitu bentuk panggung, atap Tradisional Sunda yaitu julang ngapak, material lokal Sunda seperti ijuk, anyaman bambu sebagai penutup dinding, batuan alam yang digunakan sebagai pondasi, air, kayu sebagai material untuk villa. Material ini akan memperkuat citra visual arsitektur sunda. Hasil perencanaan dan perancangan Tanjung Lesung Resort ini yaitu` berupa konsep dan rancangan yaitu pola, tata ruang, lanskap, fasilitas, serta pemenuhan fasilitas publik lainnya yang bersumber dari Arsitektur Tradisional Sunda.---Banten is one of the main priority destinations that will be developed from 10 Indonesia's flagship tourism priorities. The area is Tanjung Lesung which lies in the geographical province of Banten on the Astronomical boundary 105º1'11² - 106º7'12² East Longitude and 5º7'50² - 7º1'1² South Latitude, with a population of 12,548,986 inhabitants. Tanjung Lesung located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) with the target investment plan and contribution for the number of foreign tourists in 2017 is 7 million people as tourism potential in Banten. But the current condition only accommodate 5 million visitors. Form the given data, accommodation needs have not been adequately covered. Based on that, Pandeglang Regency condition is the background of the compiler choosing Tanjung Lesung Resort project for this final case. Based on above phenomenon, this Final Project aims to plan and design resort hotels with and elaborated with Sundanese Traditional Architecture. Eco Resort design approach is the application of four 4 concepts, such as waste processing, water management, wind power utilization, building materials. The concept used in this final project using Sundanese Traditional Architecture inspired by the pattern of Sundanese community is generally shown by a very close relationship with the activity of the road as its main axis. Sundanese traditional architecture is widely used in the form of stage, the roof of traditional Sundanese julang ngapak, local Sundanese materials such as fibers, woven bamboo as wall coverings, natural rock used as a foundation, water, wood as a material for the villa. This material will strengthen the visual image of Sundanese architecture. The result of planning and design of Tanjung Lesung Resort is `in the form of concept and design that is pattern, layout, landscape, facility, and also fulfill other public facility which sourced from Sundanese Traditional Architecture.
