Dalam hal ini peranan wasit sangat dibutuhkan dalam suatu pertandingan, dikarenakan keputusan wasit disuatu pertandingan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menentukan apa yang terjadi dalam sebuah pertandingan sepakbola. Dalam hal ini VO2MAX memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi seorang wasit untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan selama memimpin pertandingan tanpa mengalami rasa kelelahan. VO2MAX adalah pengambilan oksigen maksimal atau volume maksimal oksigen yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam satu menit selama latihan maksimal. Wasit yang mampu menjaga kebugarannya biasanya memiliki maksimal VO2MAX yang tinggi, sehingga permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah gambaran tingkat kapasitas kondisi fisik VO2MAX wasit liga 1 Indonesia tahun 2017. Karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terhadap hasil kemampuan oksigen maksimal (VO2MAX) wasit sepakbola liga Indonesia tahun 2017 menggunakan Tes Cooper (Lari 12 menit), maka metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah wasit sepakbola yang bertugas di liga 1 Indonesia tahun 2017, yang berjumlah 40 wasit. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1). Hasil nilai rata-rata VO2MAX pada wasit liga 1 tahun 2017 berjumlah 51,85 dan mempunyai kategori superior berjumlah 36 wasit, dan kategori excellent berjumlah 4 orang wasit.-----The referee is a court in charge of deciding a case or case. In this case the role of the referee in a match is needed to determine what happens in a football game. In this case VO2max has a very important role for a referee to be able to perform activities during the lead without experiencing fatigue. Vo2max is the maximum oxygen uptake or maximum volume of oxygen that can be utilized in a minute during maximum exercise. Referees who are able to maintain their fitness usually have a high VO2max, so the problem in this study the authors want to know the level of maximum oxygen capacity (VO2max) referee league 1 Indonesia Year 2017. which became the subject of this research is how the description of the capacity level of physical condition VO2max referee league 1 indonesia year 2017. because this research aim to give description to result of maximal oxygen ability (VO2max) referee of football league 1 Indonesia 2017 using cooper test (run 12 minutes), hence method chosen in this research is football referee who served in league 1 Indonesia in 2017, amounting to 40 referees. the results of this study are 1). The results of the average value of VO2max in the league referee 1 year 2017 amounted to 51.85 and has a superior category amounted to 36 referees, and the excellent category amounted to 4 referees. | ||
