Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 orang responden yang merupakan guru SMK bidang keahlian Bisnis dan Manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data uji korelasi rank spearman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru berada pada kategori profesional. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Dari hasil tersebut, perhitungan korelasi rank spearman diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi profesional guru memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.---The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of student learning outcomes and the level of professional competence of teachers and to see there is a relationship of professional competence with the student learning outcomes at 5 Private Vocational School in Bandung. There are 29 respondents in this study consist of teachers of vocational areas of Business and Management expertise. The method used in the research is descriptive method and verification method, with data collection technique using questionnaire (questionnaire) which is analyzed by using data analysis technique of spearman rank correlation test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this research indicate that the professional competence of teachers are in the professional category. While student learning outcomes are in high resulted category. From these results, the calculation of rank spearman correlation obtained the result that the professional competence of teachers have a positive and significant relationship to student learning outcomes. | ||
