| 520 | |a Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih adanya persediaan darah yang tersisa di Rumah Sakit XYZ setiap bulannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan persediaan darah di Rumah Sakit XYZ, dan mengetahui metode yang paling akurat dalam memprediksi persediaan darah di masa yang akan datang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan perbandingan metode peramalan dan simulasi Monte Carlo. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer digunakan untuk mengetahui data historis Rumah Sakit. Sedangkan data sekunder digunakan untuk mengetahui teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan persediaan darah di Rumah Sakit XYZ sudah cukup bagus, ketika ada permintaan darah pihak laboratoriun akan mengecek ke Bank Darah, jika persediaan kosong maka pihak laboratorium akan langsung memesan ke PMI. Untuk metode yang paling akurat adalah simulasi Monte Carlo, diharapkan metode ini dapat meminimalisir persediaan darah yang tersisa. ----- This event will be based on research by the still existing of blood supplies left in XYZ Hospital each month.The purpose of this research is to know the management of the blood supply in hospitals of XYZ, and know the method of the most accurate in predicting the blood supply in the foreseeable future.To overcome these problems, then do the comparison of methods of forecasting and Monte Carlo simulation. The method of this research is a descriptive method. The data used are the primary and secondary data.The primary data used to know historical data. While secondary data used to know the theories related to the research.Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this research show that the management of the blood supply in hospitals of XYZ is pretty good, when there is a demand for blood will check the laboratory party to the Blood Bank, if inventory is empty then the laboratory will direct party order to PMI. For the most accurate method is a Monte Carlo simulation, hopefully this method can minimize blood supplies left. | ||
