| Summary: | Madrasah Aliyah merupakan Sekolah Menengah Umum yang berciri khas Islam di bawah naungan Departemen Agama. Bekerjasama dengan United Nation Development Programe / United Nation Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNDP/UNESCO) melalui proyek Nomor INS/85/036 tanggal 14 Desember 1987, Departemen Agama merintis pendirian Program Keterampilan yang meliputi tiga bidang, yaitu otomotif, elektro dan tata Busana. Berdasarkan data alumni dari tahun 2011 sampai 2014, tedapat 7% siswa Progam Keterampilan yang terserap di dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa Program Keterampilan MAN 1 Garut kelas XII Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Program Keterampilan MAN 1 Garut. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Sampling Jenuh dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 50. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran kesiapan kerja bahwa: Berdasarkan aspek tanggung jawab, sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang tinggi sebesar 78,45%. Berdasarkan aspek fleksibilitas, lebih dari setengahnya siswa memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang tinggi sebesar 75,71%. Berdasarkan aspek keterampilan, sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang tinggi sebesar 78,35%. Berdasarkan aspek komunikasi, sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang sangat tinggi sebesar 84,16%. Berdasarkan aspek pandangan terhadap diri, sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang sangat tinggi sebesar 83,35%. Berdasarkan aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan, sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang sangat tinggi sebesar 81,36%. Sementara itu, untuk persentase keseluruhan menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki kesiapan kerja yang tinggi berdasarkan pada enam aspek yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja sebesar 79,59%.;---Madrasah Aliya is an Islamic high school running under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion management. The Ministry collaborates with United Nations Educational Development Program, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNDP / UNESCO) through the project No. INS / 85/036 dated 14 December 1987 about the establishment of skills program which includes three fields; automotive, electrical engineering, and fashion. Alumni data show that from 2011 to 2014, there are 7% of skills program students working in the business and industrial world. The aim of this research is to determine the level of working readiness students on skills program at MAN 1 Garut in the 3rd grade of 2016/2017. This research is descriptive in nature and uses quantitative approach. The population for this research is the students at skills program MAN 1 Garut. There are 50 participants taken as the sample using "Saturated Sampling" technique. The result shows that most of the students have high working readiness at the percentage of 78.45% for the responsibility aspect, 75.71% for the flexibility aspect, 78.35% for the skill aspect, 84.16% for the communication aspect, 83.35% for the self-view aspect, and 81.36% for the health and safety aspects. In conclusion, the students' working readiness, based on the six factors, is considered to be high with the percentage of 79.59%. |
