Summary:Guru bimbingan dan konseling diharapkan dapat menampilkan kinerjanya sesuai dengan tugas-tugasnya yang harus dikerjakan. Namun dalam praktiknya masih memiliki beberapa kesulitan. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA dan SMK Negeri Kota Cirebon, dilihat dari latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja dan status sertifikasi menurut perpektif kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan survei di SMA dan SMK Negeri Kota Cirebon, dengan melibatkan 42 guru bimbingan dan konseling, 10 kepala sekolah dan 420 siswa. Alat ungkap data menggunakan inventori berbentuk skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA dan SMK Negeri di Kota Cirebon dalam kategori cukup baik menurut kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, maupun siswa. Secara komparatif, tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan dan masa kerja. Namun, terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan status sertifikasi.;---Guidance and counseling teachers are expected to perform in accordance with their duties. However in practice, the teachers still find some difficulties to perform well. The research aims to analyze the performance of guidance and counseling teachers of state senior high schools and vocational high schools in Cirebon City in terms of academic background, years of service and certification status in the perspectives of school principals, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. It was conducted with quantitative approach and survey design to state senior and vocational schools in Cirebon City, involving 42 guidance and counseling teachers, 10 school principals and 420 students. The instrument used was a Likert-scale inventory. Data were analyzed with t-test and ANOVA. The results show that the performance of guidance and counseling teachers of state senior and vocasional schools in Cirebon City was in sufficient category, according to the school principals, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. Comprehensively, there was no difference in the performance of guidance and counseling teachersin terms of their academic background and years of service. However, there was a difference in the guidance and counseling teachers based on certification status.
