Summary:The development of the tourism area of Bandung city has become a magnet of the growth of the informal sector, especially by the vendors. Spawrl, urban congestion, and those things are often associated with the presence of street vendors in the city of Bandung. Uncover the socio-economic conditions Sellers, traders and distribution relationships between the variables are the goal of this research. This research is in the form of survey research data collection techniques such as using question form, observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. A descriptive analysis of the data uses the percentage and the average by using the formula Π = (∑ xi)/N. The results shows that the spread of dominant sellers spread and follow the lively place visitors in each region Tourism generally tend to be homogeneous distribution, not every visitor will become buyers to vendors, socio-economic conditions of the street vendors are on a level of being that is only presenting jobs but, not being able to raising the standard of living and street vendors there is a positive correlation between the frequency of buying visitors with vendors with weak relationship income amounted to 0.23%. It is measured in variables related to socio-economic conditions of vendors in the area of tourism regionalization of Bandung city. The development of the tourism area of Bandung is very important to know the condition of the social economy and the presence of street vendors in order to create a synergy of various parties in particular the informal sector in sustainable development. ----Pengembangan kawasan pariwisata Kota Bandung telah menjadi magnet pertumbuhan sektor informal, khusunya Pedagang Kaki Lima. Kemacetan, urban spawrl, dan kekumuhan sering dikaitkan dengan keberadaan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kota Bandung. Mengungkap kondisi sosial ekonomi Pedagang Kaki Lima, persebaran pedagang dan hubungan antar variabel adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian survey yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti angket, observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Analisi data menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase dan rata-rata dnegan menggunakan rumus Π = (∑ xi)/N. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persebaran pedagang kaki lima dominan menyebar dan mengikuti tempat yang ramai pengunjung di setiap kawasan pariwisata umumnya cenderung homogen penyebarannya, tidak setiap pengunjung akan menjadi pembeli kepada PKL , kondisi sosial ekonomi pedagang kaki lima berada pada tingkatan sedang yaitu hanya menghadirkan lapangan pekerjaan tetapi, belum mampu untuk menaikkan taraf hidup Pedagang Kaki Lima dan terdapat korelasi positif antara frekuensi membeli pengunjung dengan pendapatan PKL dengan keeratan lemah sebesar 0,23%. Hal tersebut terukur dalam variabel yang berkaitan dengan kondisi sosial ekonomi pedagang kaki lima di regionalisasi kawasan pariwisata Kota Bandung. Pengembangan kawasan pariwisata Kota Bandung sangat penting mengetahui kondisi sosial ekonomi dan keberadaan pedagang kaki lima agar terciptanya sinergi berbagai pihak khususnya sektor informal dalam perencananaan berkelanjutan
