Summary:PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN MIKRO (MICRO TEACHING) TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENGAJAR PROGRAM PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN AKUNTANSI 2014 UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA Fuji Rahmawati Pembimbing I : Dr. Heni Mulyani, M.Pd Pembimbing II : Imas Purnamasari, S.Pd, MM ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran mikro terhadap kesiapan mengajar PPL mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi 2014 UPI. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Mikro (Micro Teaching), Kesiapan Mengajar PPL THE EFFECT OF MICRO TEACHING TO TEACHING READINESS OF FIELD EXPERIENCE PROGRAM OF ACCOUNTING EDUCATION STUDENTS 2014 INDONESIA UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION Fuji Rahmawati 1st Advisor : Dr. Heni Mulyani, M.Pd 2nd Advisor : Imas Purnamasari, S.Pd, MM ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of Micro Teaching to teaching readiness of field experience program of Accounting Education 2014 students Indonesia University of Education. This research involves the students of Accounting Education study program 2014 who have followed micro teaching and field experiences program or PPL. The present study employs survey method, and the whole population is used as sample or also known as cencus research with the amount of 86 students. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire which is arranged in a numerical scale. The instrument validity which is used is the Product Moment correlation formula and the reliability which is used is the Alpha Cronbach formula, and data analysis technique used is the Product Moment correlations analysis. The results of the hypothesis testing which uses t-test show that t_(count )= 9,713 and t_(table )= 1,992 with α = 0,05. So it is known that t_(count ) > t_(table ) or 9,713 > 1,992 accordingly, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, the hypothesis result which claims that there's a positive influence of micro teaching towards teaching preparation PPL. Then the reseacher does the calculation of the coefficient of determination with the acquistion 0f 52,9%. This means that the variable of micro teaching gives a significant contribution for the variable of teaching preparation, that is equal to 52,9% so that the other 47,1% are influenced by other factors which are not examined in this research. Keywords: Micro Teaching, Teaching Readiness of PPL
