ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang dibuktikan dengan rata-rata hasil Penilaian Akhir Semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang masih kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada beberapa SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah teachers' commitment berperan memediasi pengaruh teachers' emotional intelligence terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung sebanyak 76 guru. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel Slovin sebanyak 42 guru yang mewakili Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (i) teachers' emotional intelligence berada pada kategori tinggi; teachers' commitment berada pada kategori tinggi; dan rata-rata hasil belajar cenderung berada di bawah KKM. (ii) teachers' commitment berperan memediasi pengaruh teachers' emotional intelligence terhadap hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Teachers' Emotional Intelligence, Teachers' commitment, Hasil Belajar Siswa. Under Supervisor I: Dr. Kusnendi, M.S., and Supervisor II: Dr. Ikaputera Waspada, M.M. ABSTRACT This research is based on student learning outcomes in economic subjects as evidenced by the average results of the final semester evaluation (PAS) of 2018/2019 academic year which is still less than the Minimum Criteria (KKM) in some Bandung City Senior High Schools. This study aims to find out whether teachers' commitment plays a role in mediating the influence of teachers' emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. The population in this study were 76 subjects of economics senior high school in Bandung City. By using Slovin sample techniques as many as 42 teachers' representing the City of Bandung. The method used is explanatory survey and data analysis techniques, namely multiple regression analysis with mediating variables. The results of the study show that: (i) teachers' emotional intelligence are in the high category; teachers' commitment is in the high category; and the average learning outcomes tend to be under the KKM. (ii) Teachers' commitment plays a role in mediating the influence of teachers' emotional intelligence on learning outcomes.
