| 520 | |a ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan standar pengelolaan arsip dinamis dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai Subbagian Kepegawaian dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket skala 4 model likert scale. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pegawai Subbagian Kepegawaian dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan jumlah 57 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik anlisis korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang kuat atau tinggi dengan arah positif antara standar pengelolaan arsip dinamis dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kerja pegawai akan meningkat apabila standar pengelolaan arsip dinamis tinggi, begitupun sebaliknya efektivitas kerja pegawai akan menurun apabila standar pengelolaan arsip dinamis rendah. Kata Kunci: Standarisasi Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis, Efektivitas Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relatonship of standard management of archives dynamic with the effectiviness of personnel division of personnel and the public in the education department of west java province. The study was conducted using explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires 4 scale model likert scale. The population used is all personnel division of personnel and the public in the education department of west java province with the number of 57 personnel. The technique of data analysis used rank spearman correlation. The result of the study showed there is a strong relationship or high with the positive relationship of archives with the effectiveness. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of work of employees will be increased if standard management of archives dynamic high, likewise, instead of effectiveness of work of employees will decrease if standard management of archives dynamic low.
