Permasalahan yang di kaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas X pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi, Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Metode Mengajar, Media Pembelajaran, dan Motivasi Belajaar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode Mengajar,Media Pembelajaran terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi Kelas X di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 69 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Data analisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat gambaran tingkat Metode Mengajar pada kategori sesuai, gambaran tingkat Media Pembelajaran berada pada kategori sesuai, dan gambaran Motivasi Belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Metode Mengajar (X1) dan Media Pembelajaran (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Kata Kunci : Metode mengajar. This research was conducted at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The problem examined in this study is the low learning motivation of class X students in correspondence subjects at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi, Office Administration Expertise Program. This study consisted of three variables, namely Teaching Method, Learning Media, and Learning Motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Teaching Method, Learning Media on Student Learning Motivation in Class X Correspondence Subjects at Pasundan 1 Cimahi Vocational School. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Population size is 69 respondents. Respondents in this study were class X Office Administration at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Data analysis uses multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained an overview of the level of Teaching Method in the appropriate category, the description of the level of Learning Media is in the appropriate category, and the picture of Student Motivation is in the high category. Hypothesis test results obtained that the Teaching Method (X1) and Learning Media (X2) simultaneously influence the Student Learning Motivation. .
