Dalam pelaksanaanya, tentu tidak semua rencana dapat berjalan baik karena ada permasalahan teknis ataupun non-teknis, seperti pada perusahaan produksi jam tangan kayu PT.XYZ. Gagal tercapainya produksi bulanan merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan dan diakibatkan oleh lingkungan kerja pada ruang produksi yang kurang baik. Oleh karena itu peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan kerja ruang produksi perusahaan dengan aspek ergonomi. Aspek ergonomi yang diteliti adalah display dan lingkungan fisik, seperti suhu, pencahayaan, kebisingan, dsb. Proses penelitian dimulai dari observasi awal dengan melakukan wawancara kepada salah satu karyawan produksi dan selanjutnya melakukan observasi dengan mengukur lingkungan fisik menggunakan alat - alat ukur, seperti thermometer, hygrometer dan soundmeter. Dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat data mengenai lingkungan fisik ruang produksi yang masih tidak ergonomis. Beberapa contohnya adalah suhu yang mencapai 30C, kelembapan 63%, kebising 90dB, sirkulasi udara 1,7 m/s. Hal tersebut menyebabkan karyawan merasa cepat lelah dan kurang berkonsentrasi dalam pelaksanaannya. Contoh lainnya adalah display pada mesin cnc yang masih tidak ergonomis karena tidak sesuai dengan prinsi visual display, yaitu proximity, similarity, symmetry dan continouity, sehingga gambar tidak informatif dan menyebabkan karyawan melakukan kesalahan dalam pengoperasian mesinnya. ;--Work Environment are a place where it designed for employee to do their activity as an employee to finish their mission properly according the plan. However, As long as execution proceed, there always be an obstacle whether it's such a technical or untechnical problem. In PT.XYZ company, there are a problem that impacting their monthly production target failed. It's caused of their work environtment are not designed properly. Therefore, this research has purpose to analyze the work environment of company production room. Display and Physical Environtment such a temperature, illumination, noise etc would be the focus of this research. The process of this research would be started from taking early observation with ineterviewed as a first method to identified the problem. Furthermore, to observate the physical environment, it will need an physical environment tool such a thermometer, hygrometer, soundmeter to measure the environment itself. Based on a observation, the result of physical environment are vary, as an example, the themperature reached to 30C, 63% humidity, 90dB noise and 1,7m/s for the air circulation. The physical environment itself shown that would be affected the employee feels exhausted and made employees' drop easier. The cnc's display is an additional issues which make monthly production target failed to reach. It has a worse display because its designed are not suit to the visual display principal such as proximity, similarity, symmetry and continouity. So the employee who operate the machine couldn't understand the display directly and make them do the mistake during the activity. |
