| 520 | |a Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari nilai ujian nasional SMA Negeri Kota Bandung Rayon Barat dibandingkan dengan Rayon lainnya dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI di SMA Negeri Bandung Rayon Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanatory dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS SMAN se-Kota Bandung Rayon Barat tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 627 siswa, dengan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 171 responden. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum gambaran kompensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Temuan ini memiliki interpretasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa diperlukan kompetensi guru. ;---This study is based on how low average learning outcomes of the economic subject seen from National Test (UN) of SMA Negeri West Bandung City Region than any other regions. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class XI in SMA Negeri as West Bandung City Region. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey with data collection technique through questionnaires. The population of this study are 627 students from XI IIS grade SMA Negeri in Bandung West Rayon Lesson Year 2017/2018 with Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, the samples of this study are 171 respondents. The technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that generally, the picture of pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence showed that there is a good influence to the learning outcome These findings have a the interpretation to enchance the student' learning outcomes. | ||
