Seperti diketahui bahwa pemberian ASI eksklusif kepada bayi sangat penting mengingat banyak manfaat dari ASI, ibu pekerja tidak harus menghentikan pemberian ASI karena bisa mengelolaan ASI sebelum diberikan kepada bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran Pengetahuan Keterampilan dan Sikap Ibu Pekerja dalam Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Di Posyandu Mawar Sari Antapani. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sample pada penelitian ini adalah ibu pekerja yang menjadi peserta di Posyandu Mawar Sari dengan jumlah 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran Pengetahuan Keterampilan dan Sikap Ibu Pekerja dalam Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Di Posyandu Mawar Sari Antapani menunjukan berada pada kriteria sangat siap dan siap. Rekomendasi penelitian ini diajukan kepada ibu pekerja sebagai peserta di Posyandu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dalam pengelolaan ASI eksklusif dengan cara bertukar pikiran dengan keluarga, rekan kerja, serta dukungan dari suami agar tetap bisa memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi meskipun ibu bekerja.;-- This research based on the lack of readiness by the mother in the exclusive breast feeding in the aspect of knowledge, skills and attitudes the mother worker in exclusive breast feeding. As it known that exclusive breast feeding to babies is very important given the many benefits of breast milk, mother of workers do not have to stop breast feeding because managing ASI before given to the baby. This research aims to find out how the description of Knowledge skills and attitudes the mother worker in Exclusive breast feeding In Sari Rose Antapani Posyandu. This research method using descriptive method. Sample in this research is the mother of workers who become participants in the Posyandu Sari Rose with the number of 20 people. This research instrument in the form of the now. The results of this research show that the description of Knowledge skills and attitudes the mother worker in Exclusive breast feeding In Sari Rose Posyandu Antapani shows are on the criteria very well prepared and ready. The recommendations of the research proposed to the workers as participants at the Posyandu can improve knowledge, skills and attitude in the management of breast milk exclusively with ways of exchanging thoughts with family, coworkers, as well as support from the husband in order to stay could give exclusive breast milk to baby even though working moms. | ||
