Tidak semua perempuan dapat melewati tugas tersebut dengan baik karena berbagai kondisi, salah satunya adalah karena ibu bekerja. Banyak permasalahan menyusui ditemukan pada ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengalaman menyusui pada ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah enam orang ibu menyusui yang berada di Desa Wanayasa, Purwakarta. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Pada partisipan didapatkan informasi tentang metode pumping dengan dua cara yaitu dengan alat pumping dan manual, tentang manajemen waktu didapatkan informasi mengenai cara penyimpanan ASI, cara pemberian ASI dan cara membersihkan botol ASI, tentang psikologis didapatkan informasi mengenai puting terbenam, bayi menangis & rewel, bayi bingung puting dan bayi sakit, tentang nutrisi dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif didapatkan informasi dengan mengkonsumsi sayuran & buah-buahan, kalsium & zat besi, dan kacang-kacangan. Dengan informasi ini dapat menjadi masukkan bagi masyarakat khusunya ibu bekerja. Kata Kunci: Pengalaman menyusui, ASI Ekslusif, ibu bekerja. THE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING MOTHERS IN EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING, IN THE VILLAGE OF WANAYASA, PURWAKARTA DISTRICT Eka Suci Pitrianti NIM. 1606409 ABTSRACT Suckling is one of women duties growth after bearing. Although, because various condition not all woman can experience the duty well. One of the causes is because mothers work. A lot of suckle problems found among working mothers. This research aimed to get descriptions about suckling experiences among working mothers. This research used qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Sum of the participants was six suckling mothers residing in Wanayasa District, Purwakarta. The result obtained through purposive sampling. The participants obtained information about the pumping method in two ways, namely pumping tool and manual, about time management obtained information about how to store breastfeed, how to breastfeed and how to clean breast milk bottle, about psychological information about immersed nipples, babies crying and fussing, confused babies nipples and babies sick, about nutrition in breastfeeding Exclusive information is obtained by consuming vegetables and fruits, calcium and iron, and nuts. With this information can be entered into the community, especially working mothers. Key words: suckling experience, exclusive suckling, working mother. | ||
