Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Daekyung Indah Heavy Industry, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur di kota Cilegon.Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja adalah dengan adanya lingkungan kerja non fisik yang baik. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini dikaji perihal lingkungan kerja non fisik yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik pada PT. Daekyung Indah Heavy Industry dan Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Daekyung Indah Heavy Industry, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja. Jenis metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 200 karyawan divisi Operasional PT. Daekyung Indah Heavy Industry dan responden berjumlah 73 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berada pada kategori baik dan Kepuasan Kerja berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil perhitungan sebesar 0,837 artinya variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dengan klasifikasi sangat tinggi.;--Issues regarding job satisfaction becomes interesting to watch because the current issue job satisfaction of concern any company related issues of work and a lot of benefit for the employee or the company itself. This research is intended to know the influence of non physical work environment on job satisfaction. This research was conducted in PT. Daekyung Indah Heavy Industry, a company engaged in manufacturing in the city of Cilegon. One of the factors for improving job satisfaction is the existence of a non physical work environment.
