Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari kompetensi pedagogik guru dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas XI di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 116 siswa dari kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh rendah.;-- This research was conducted in SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The problem raised in this research is not yet optimal student learning outcomes on the subject of Filing at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. This study was conducted to determine how the influence of teacher pedagogic competence and learning habits of student learning outcomes on the subjects of XI grade archives in SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. This study used survey method of explanation (explanatory survey) data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The number of samples in this study as many as 90 students from the total population of 116 students from the class XI program of administrative skills of Office. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing obtained conclusion that indicates that there is influence pedagogic competence of teachers and habits of learning on student learning outcomes on the subjects of archival class XI program of Administration Office expertise in SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi which simultaneously have low influence. | ||
