Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengamatan peneliti terhadap siswa. Pembelajaran di dominasi oleh aktivitas guru serta siswa dituntut untuk menyelesaikan tugas akademik tersebut secara individu tanpa mengembangkan keterampilan kerja sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan model cooperative learning tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama siswa. Adapun langkah-langkah dalam menerapkan model cooperative learning tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) adalah dengan: (1) numbering, (2) question, (3) head together dan (4) answering. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama diukur menggunakan lembar observasi dengan aspek keterampilan kerja sama yang meliputi : (1) menghargai kontribusi, (2) bentuk berpartisipasi dalam kelompok, dan (3) berbagi tugas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama siswa. Kata kunci: keterampilan kerjasama, cooperative learning, numbered head together, siswa ABSTRACT APPLICATION OF NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TO INCREASE COOPERATIVE SKILLS OF CLASS IV STUDENTS BASIC SCHOOL By Minna Zaenathul Mahmuda 1501432 This research is motivated by the lack of cooperative skills that occur in class IV C. This is evidenced from the observations of researchers on students. Learning is dominated by the activities of teachers and students are required to complete these academic tasks individually without developing cooperative skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) to improve student cooperation skills. The steps in implementing the cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) are by: (1) numbering, (2) question, (3) head together and (4) answering. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Improved teamwork skills are measured using an observation sheet with aspects of teamwork skills that include: (1) valuing contributions, (2) forms of participating in groups, and (3) sharing tasks. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) can improve student cooperation skills.
