| 520 | |a ABSTRAK. Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pertumbuhan populasi pecandu narkoba di Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibuat model matematika dari masalah ini dan populasi dianggap konstan baik pada model sebelum adanya program rehabilitasi maupun dengan program rehabilitasi. Untuk model sebelum adanya progam rehabilitasi, populasi dibagi menjadi tiga sub populasi, yaitu individu rentan, pecandu dan pecandu yang berhenti. Sedangkan untuk model dengan program rehabilitasi, populasi dibagi menjadi 4 sub populasi, yaitu dengan menambahkan sub populasi pecandu yang direhabilitasi. Analisis dilakukan pada kedua model untuk mengetahui perilaku solusi model dan bagaimana perubahan populasi pecandu narkoba bila dilakukan kontrol pada kedua model. Simulasi numerik juga dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran secara visual. Hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa pada model sebelum adanya program rehabilitasi, parameter yang dapat dikontrol adalah tingkat interaksi pecandu dengan individu rentan, sedangkan pada model dengan program rehabilitasi, parameter yang dapat dikontrol adalah tingkat interaksi pecandu dengan individu rentan dan tingkat pecandu menjadi yang direhabilitasi. ABSTRACT. This thesis observes about growth of drug addicts population in Bandung City. In this study, we are going to make the mathematical model of this problem and the population is considered constant both in the model of the pre-rehabilitation program and in the rehabilitation program. In the pre-rehabilitation program, the population is divided into three sub-populations, that is susceptible, addicts and quitting addicts. Otherwise, the model with a rehabilitation program, the population is divided into 4 sub-populations, which is adding the rehabilitated sub-population. Analysis were carried out on both models to find out the behavior of the model solutions and how the population of drug addicts change if controls were carried out on both models. Also, numerical simulation were carried out to provide a visual representation. Simulation results show that in the model before the rehabilitation program, parameters that can be controlled is the rate of interaction of addicts with susceptible, whereas in models with rehabilitation programs, parameters that can be controlled are the rate of interaction of addicts with susceptible and the rate of addicts who become rehabilitated. | ||
