520 |a MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH MODEL ADIWIYATA DI SMPN 2 GARUT oleh Ibrahim Aziz Ahmad Diding Nurdin Eka Prihatin ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul "Manajemen Sekolah Model Adiwiyata di SMPN 2 Garut". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk manajemen sekolah model adiwiyata di SMPN 2 Garut. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua program adiwiyata, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Perencanaan program adiwiyata dilakukan dengan menentukan sasaran dan tujuan serta menyusun rencana yang meliputi bidang garapan manajemen sekolah yang bersinggungan langsung dengan pelaksanaan program adiwiyata, diantaranya yaitu kurikulum, sarana prasarana, peserta didik, keuangan dan hubungan masyarakat. 2) Pengorganisasian program adiwiyata di sekolah dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama yaitu tahap penentuan, pengelompokan dan penyusunan program dan kegiatan. 3) Pelaksanaan program adiwiyata mencakup empat komponen kegiatan utama yaitu pelaksanaan kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, kegiatan lingkungan berbasis patisipatif dan kegiatan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana ramah lingkungan. 4) Evaluasi program adiwiyata melibatkan seluruh pengurus sekolah dengan melakukan dua kegiatan inti yaitu penilaian dan perbaikan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan pihak SMPN 2 Garut dapat melaksanakan program adiwiyata dengan lebih terencana, terutama mengenai alokasi dana, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, membuat prosedur kerja yang jelas dan sistem evaluasi yang akuntabel sehingga tujuan program adiwiyata di sekolah dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. ADIWIYATA MODEL SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 2 GARUT by Ibrahim Aziz Ahmad Diding Nurdin Eka Prihatin ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Adiwiyata Model School Management in SMPN 2 Garut". The purpose of this research is to determine the form of school management based on the adiwiyata program in SMPN 2 Garut. The main data sources in this research were the head of the adiwiyata program, the school principal, deputy headmaster and students. This research used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were used interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions in narrative form. The result of the research showed that 1) The adiwiyata program planning was carried out by setting goals and objectives and compiling a plan that covered the areas of school management which is directly related to the implementation of the adiwiyata program, including curriculum, infrastructure, students, finance and public relations. 2) The organizing of the adiwiyata program in school is carried out through three main stages namely the stages of determining, grouping and compiling programs and activities. 3) The implementation of the adiwiyata program includes four main components of activities, namely the implementation of environmentally friendly school policies, the implementation of an environment based curriculum, participatory environment based activities, and the management of environmentally friendly facilities and infrastructure. Adiwiyata program evaluation involves all school administrators by carrying out two main activities namely assessment and improvement. Recommendations from thi research are expected that SMPN 2 Garut can carry out the adiwiyata program more planned, especially regarding the allocation of funds, management of facilities and infrastructure, making clear work procedures and an accountable evaluation system so that the objectives of the adiwiyata program in schools can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
