Pada umumnya perempuan memiliki self-efficacy yang rendah tehadap kemampuan mereka sendiri. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya representasi perempuan yang berkarir di bidang teknik terutama secara kuantitas. Namun di Indonesia sendiri telah terjadi peningkatan dalam keterlibatan perempuan di bidang teknik, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa tingkat self-efficacy yang dimiliki perempuan terhadap kemampuan teknis mereka mulai meningkat . Penelitian yang dilakukan ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat ¬self-efficacy siswa perempuan di SMK Unggulan Terpadu PGII dan pengaruh tingkat self-efficacy terhadap keberhasilan praktikum siswa perempuan SMK Unggulan Terpadu PGII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian mixed method dengan model sequential explanatory design. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa perempuan di SMK Unggulan terpadu PGII dan guru mata pelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa secara umum siswa perempuan SMK Unggulan Terpadu PGII memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang cenderung tinggi. Dari penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat self-efficacy yang dimiliki maka tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan praktikum juga akan semakin besar. Namun, pengaruh tingkat self-efficacy terhadap keberhasilan praktikum tidak dapat digeneralisir secara langsung, karena tidak semua aspek self-efficacy yang diukur berhubungan dengan kegiatan praktikum yang dilaksanakan.;--One of the discourse on equality in SGDs (Sustainable Development Goals) is the importance of women, adolescent girls, and girls to master STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). In general, women have low self-efficacy towards their own abilities. This causes a lack of representation of women working in engineering especially in quantity. But in Indonesia itself there has been an increase in the involvement of women in the technical field, this shows that the level of self-efficacy that women have towards their technical abilities has begun to increase. This research specifically aims to find out the level of self-efficacy of female students in PGII Integrated Vocational Schools and the effect of the level of self-efficacy on the practical success of female students of PGII Integrated Vocational Schools. This study uses a mixed method research method with a sequential explanatory design model. Participants in this study were female students in Unggulan Terpadu PGII Vocational Schools and subject teachers. Based on the results of this study it was found that in general female students of PGII Integrated Vocational High School have a high level of self-efficacy. From this study it is also known that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the greater the level of success of practicum activities will also be greater. However, the effect of the level of self-efficacy on the success of practicum cannot be generalized directly, because not all aspects of the measured self-efficacy are related to practicum activities carried out. | ||
