| Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana desentralisasi fiskal, belanja pegawai dan belanja modal berpengartuh terhadap fiscal stress pada Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2015 hingga 2017. Pemilihan sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan 29 Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran yang didapatkan dari situs djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik regresi data panel dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Eviews 10. Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan bahwa desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh negatif terhadap fiscal stress, belanja pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap fiscal stress dan belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap fiscal stress pada pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia.;--This research aims to determine how fiscal decentralization, government employee expenditure and capital expenditure affect the fiscal stress of the Provincial Governments in Indonesia from 2015 to 2017. The sample selection is determined using the purposive sampling method and there are 29 provincial governments in Indonesia that are sampled in this study. This research uses secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Reports which obtained from the djpk.kemenkeu.go.id site. Hypothesis testing in this study uses panel data regression statistical test with the help of Eviews 10. The test results found that fiscal decentralization has negative effect on fiscal stress, government employee expenditure has positive effect on fiscal stress and capital expenditure has positive effect on fiscal stress on provincial governments in Indonesia. |
