Anatoly Perminov
Anatoly Nikolayevich Perminov (; born 16 June 1945) is a Russian rocket scientist and mechanical engineer. He served as the General Director of Russian Federal Space Agency in 2004–2011. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
