All data is processed using Structural Equation Models (SEM) which assited by application program of Analysis of Moment Stucture (AMOS) 21.0 version. According to the analysis, ti is concluded as the followings : leader behavior has a positive effect on employee satisfaction; compentation justice has a positive effect on employee satisfaction; Work Stress has a negative effect on employee satisfaction; leadership behavior has a negative effect on intention to quit; compentation justice has a negative effect on intention to quit; Work Stress has a positive effect on intention to quit; and employee satisfaction has a negative effect on intention to quit. | ||
