Summary: | The objective of the research was tested the effect of economic content, social content, relationship commitment, and loyalityas of commercial bank government in Salatiga. The sample size was 100 respondents. A purposive sampling with disproportional allocation was used to determine the sample of each bank (Bank Jateng) branch office salatiga. The technical analysis applied to test the research hypothesis was SEM with the support of Amos S Program. The result of the research prevailed thet there were positive and significant relationship among economic content and relationship commitment, social content and relationship commitment, relationship commitment and loyality. |
