Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya self regulated learning terutama pada jenjang SMP/SMA, mengingat kebutuhan belajar semakin kompleks. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh program bimbingan belajar yang secara hipotetik efektif untuk meningkatkan self regulated learning siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 151 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket self regulated learning. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa self regulated learning sebagian besar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 berada pada kategori sedang. Rumusan program bimbingan belajar yang secara hipotetik dapat meningkatkan self regulated learning siswa, mencakup: rasional, dasar hukum, visi dan misi, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, pelaksaan program, komponen program, rencana operasional, pengembangan tema, rencana pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, dan rencana evaluasi. The background of this study is the importance of self-regulated learning especially in the level of junior high school or senior high school, considering the importance of the need of learning which is more complex. This study was aimed to gain learning guidance program hypothetically efective to improve self regulated learning 8th grades in public junior high school 1 Lembang academic year 2016/2017 . The research approach used in this study was quantitative method. There were 151 respondents as the research sample with the purposive sampling as sample colected technique. The data were gained self regulated learning questionnaire. Thes result showed that self regulated learning of the majority in 8th grades in public junior high school Lembang academic year 2016/2017 was categorize moderate. The formulation of learning guidance program which hypotetically could improve students's regulated learning namely: rational,basic law,vision and mission, the need description, aims, program organizer, program component, operational plan, theme development, the guidance and counseling plan and evalution plan.
